A Personal Approach

This is usually a one-hour session where we will review your past history of use, medical/psychiatric history, as well as family and social history followed by a physical exam.

INITIAL FOLLOW-UP VISITS

Weekly to Monthly Visits

After the initial appointment, I will follow up with you in one week. From there, we will gradually space out the visits to every two weeks, then every three weeks, followed by monthly visits. The frequency of the visits will depend on your needs. Visits will usually last 15 to 30 minutes. A urine drug screen will be collected at each visit and will be sent out so that we can follow how well you are metabolizing the medication.

ESTABLISHED PATIENT

Monthly visits

Once you are doing well, we will meet for 15 to 30 minutes monthly to check-in. A urine drug screen will be collected at every visit and sent out so we can follow how well you metabolize the medication.
