INITIAL APPOINTMENT
A Personal Approach
This is usually a one-hour session where we will review your past history of use, medical/psychiatric history, as well as family and social history followed by a physical exam. The initial visit will take place in New Port Richey, FL so that a comprehensive physical exam and a urine drug screen can be performed. I use Genotox labs to perform urine drug testing. I will perform a cheek swab during this initial appointment, which will allow you to do the rest of the urine testing from the comfort of your home.

$200 for a one hour visit
INITIAL FOLLOW-UP VISITS
Weekly to Monthly Visits
After the initial appointment, I will follow up with you virtually in one week. From there, we will gradually space out the visits to every two weeks, then every three weeks, followed by monthly visits. The frequency of the visits will depend on your needs. Visits will usually last 15 to 30 minutes. I will ask you to perform a ToxDirect urine drug test at home on the day of each visit and take it to any FedEx location. This will allow me to assess how well you are metabolizing the medication.

ESTABLISHED PATIENT
Monthly visits
Once you are doing well, we will meet virtually for 15 to 30 minutes monthly to check-in. I will ask you to perform a ToxDirect urine drug test at home on the day of each visit and take it to any FedEx location. This will allow me to assess how well you are metabolizing the medication.
